For over 30 years, ECD's lawyers have been retained to represent police officers in some of the lengthiest and most serious Police Services Act cases and police discipline matters.

Our expertise in criminal defence has also been called upon in the representation of officers under scrutiny by the Special Investigation Unit and in respect of charges flowing from SIU investigations.
