International Criminal Courts

David Paciocco, counsel to ECD, has represented accused persons on appeal at proceedings before the International Criminal Court for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania and at The Hague.

He has also provided ongoing strategic and tactical advice to outside counsel involved in other high-profile international criminal cases.
